Florida homeowners: give your “No, thank you” legal backup.

STOP THE PITCHBEFORE IT STARTS!

What this sign does

More than a regular “No Soliciting” sign.

Florida Statute 501.062 gives homeowners a uniform way to notify commercial solicitors that their dwelling is private property and commercial solicitation is prohibited. When a compliant sign is clearly and prominently displayed, a person may not engage in commercial solicitation at that dwelling.

Posting the sign makes your boundary clear before a salesperson reaches your door, helps reduce unwanted door-to-door interruptions, and provides the notice described by Florida law.
